Dysregulated cytokine production in Vav^null BMDMs. WT and Vav^null BMDMs were starved overnight in serum-free medium and stimulated with the indicated concentrations of LPS for 24 hours. Supernatants were collected and analyzed for (A) TNF-α, (B) IL-6, and (C) IL-10 by cytometric bead array.
