(A) Cells were incubated with or without 5 ng/mL TGF-β1 for the indicated times at 37°C and lysed in a buffer containing 1% Triton X-100. GST-RBD and GST-PBD were mixed with the cell extracts, which were incubated with GSH-Sepharose beads. The beads were washed, and bound proteins were fractionated on SDS-PAGE.
