Immunostimulatory ORNs induce specific antibodies after immunization with OVA. Mice were immunized 3 times with 20 μg OVA together with ORN 9.2dr PTO, PolyA PTO, or CpG ODN subcutaneously. One week after the third immunization, OVA-specific IgG, IgG1, and IgG2a were measured in serial dilutions of serum by ELISA. Data show the mean values of individual mice (n = 5) ± SEM.
