Monitoring the innate immune response following in vivo LV administration. Balb/c mice were treated with 10 μg of LV via intravenous injection. The cytokine profile of the liver (A) and spleen (B) was measured by RPA at the indicated times. Three mice per group are shown. Quantitative phosphor imaging analysis of the RPA was carried out, and the results are presented as the means ± SEM.
