Immunohistochemical staining of an extramedullary plasmocytoma (patient BMT47) with mAb M3H67 to MAGEA3 (A), mAb 57Bm to MAGEA4 (B), mAb E978 to NY-ESO-1 (C), and mAb CT10#5 to MAGE-C2/CT10 (D), diaminobenzidine chromogen. Primarily cytoplasmic expression of MAGEA3 and MAGEA4 in all tumor cells (A, B), mixed cytoplasmic and nuclear presence of NY-ESO-1 in a majority of plasmocytoma cells, and nuclear expression of CT10/MAGEC2 in single tumor cells.
