Expression of CT antigens in BM samples from patients with MM. Bone marrow samples from patients with MM with at least 10% BM-infiltrating plasma cells (n = 55) were analyzed for the expression of 11 CT antigens (MAGEC2, MAGEA3, SSX1 to SSX5, BAGE, NY-ESO-1, LIPI, and ADAM2) and housekeeping gene GAPDH using RT-PCR.
