Immunolocalization of Survivin ΔEx3 in normal tissues. A tissue microarray (TMA) was constructed with normal healthy tissues from a variety of organs. TMA slides were immunostained with an antibody against Survivin ΔEx3. Survivin ΔEx3 localized to the cytoplasm of vascular endothelial cells of blood vessels within all tissues examined including the adrenal cortex, aortic region, esophagus, thyroid, and small intestine, shown here.
