Specific inhibition of cS5^F-induced cell growth by the recombinant TAT-dnAkt protein. (A) cS5^F BM cells were grown in the presence of PBS, TAT-wtAkt, or TAT-dnAkt fusion proteins (100 nM), and the cells were counted daily using the trypan blue dye assay. Results are the mean of 3 independent experiments. (B) cS5^F BM cells were transduced with the different TAT-Akt fusion proteins during 24 hours, and the presence of the recombinant proteins was detected by immunoblotting with the indicated antibodies. (C) GFPv BM cells and cS5^F BM cells were transduced with 100 nM TAT-dnAkt fusion protein, and the number of living cells was enumerated daily. Results are the mean of 3 independent experiments.
