T-cell responses to various antigens in healthy volunteers. Anti-Aspergillus T-cell responses were assessed by a lymphoproliferation assay. Stimulation with IL-2, PHA, and tetanus toxoid was used as control. A proliferation index greater than 3 was considered to indicate a positive lymphoproliferative T-cell response.
