SHP-2 is associated with chaperone protein Hsp90. Whole-cell lysates prepared from Bcr-Abl–transduced WT and SHP-2^Δ/Δ cells were immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-Hsp90 or anti–c-Abl Abs followed by anti–SHP-2, anti-Hsp90, or anti–c-Abl IBs. Blots were stripped and reimmunoblotted with anti-Hsp90 or anti–c-Abl Abs. Results shown are representative of 3 experiments.
