(A) Whole-cell lysates prepared from Bcr-Abl– or vector-transduced WT and SHP-2Δ/Δ cells were examined with anti–c-Abl IB. The blot was stripped and reimmunoblotted with anti–SHP-2 and anti-GFP Abs. (B) Total RNA was extracted from Bcr-Abl– or vector-transduced cells. RNA samples were examined by Northern blotting using Bcr-Abl cDNA as the probe.
