Expression and activation of PPARγ in CD1a⁻ and CD1a⁺ monocyte-derived dendritic cells. Immature moDCs were sorted to CD1a⁻ and CD1a⁺ fractions and then RNA was isolated from 2 × 10⁶ cells.
