WT, CD8–/–, and perforin–/– B6 mice were injected with a mixture of CFSE-labeled B6 (green) and CMTMR-labeled CB6F1 (red) DCs. At 72 hours after injection, draining lymph nodes were harvested, prepared as described in “Materials and methods,” and stained with anti-B220 and anti-PNAd mAbs (blue). Lymph node stained sections were then analyzed by confocal microscopy.
