Figure 2. Arf6-GTP decreases upon collagen stimulation. Washed platelets (4 × 108/mL) were stimulated with 10 μg/mL collagen for the indicated times and lysed by adding 2 × HEPES-lysis buffer. After clarification, the supernatants were analyzed for Arf6-GTP. Arf6 was detected by Western blot using anti-Arf6 antibody and quantified using ImageQuant 5.2 (Molecular Dynamics, Sunnyvale, CA) software.
