GGOH rescues the inhibition of Rap1A prenylation by alkylamines. PBMCs were treated with (A) 1 or 10 μM ZOL, or (B) 10 mM SBA, IBA, IPA, or BA with or without 10 μM GGOH, for 48 hours prior to Western blot analysis for unprenylated Rap1A and β-actin.
