TNFα shifts H2O2 to ·O2–, and wogonin converts ·O2– to H2O2 in malignant T cells. (A) Jurkat J-Luc-κB cells were treated with 100 ng/mL TNFα for different times as indicated, and the redox status was monitored by the oxidation-sensitive fluorescent dyes for ·O2– and H2O2.
