CD8 T, non-CD8 T, and total splenic leukocytes were isolated from uninfected or LCMV-infected mice at the indicated days after challenge. Cell lysates were prepared, and STAT1 protein levels were detected by Western blot with β-actin measurement as a loading control. Data presented are representative of 2 independent experiments.
