Cytokine production by CD4⁺ T cells stimulated with HSV-pDCs, IL-3-pDCs, or GM-CSF–mDCs. Naive CD4⁺ T cells stimulated with allogeneic DCs for 8 days were restimulated with immobilized anti-CD3 and soluble anti-CD28 mAbs in the presence of brefeldin A.
