HSV-pDCs induce poor proliferation of naive CD4⁺ T cells. Allogeneic naive CD4⁺ T cells (5 × 10⁴) were stimulated with 1 × 10⁴, 5 × 10³,or 2.5 × 10³ of 5 different types of DCs, as indicated, in 200 μL for 8 days.
