The global test and Wilcoxon rank-sum test were performed to identify which of the indicated 118 apoptosis probe sets were differentially expressed in various ALL subgroups defined by T-versus B-lineage ALL (lineage), or genetic subtype (ie, TEL-AML1 status [TA], ploidy, and E2A status [E2A]).
