Six months after transplantation, mice were killed, and flow cytometry analysis was performed to measure the proportion of mature T and B lymphocytes in the different organs. The dot plots are representative of 1 of 9 RAG1-TM (n = 5 for 3 Gy and n = 4 for 8 Gy), 8 WT-CTRL, 4 C57BL/10, and 4 RAG-1^-/- mice that gave similar results. Percentages represent the proportion of cells expressing CD4, CD8, B220, IgM, or IgD markers.
