Schematic representation of our hypothesis, developed to explain the histogenesis of PCNSL, taking into consideration the time of B-cell arrest and the corresponding antigen expression. This hypothesis expands upon the model proposed by Carbone et al,²⁵  which was founded on the physiologic stages of B-cell maturation.
