Proliferation of allogeneic T cells in response to IL-7LN– or control vector (LXLN)–transduced leukemic DCs.

Allo-MLR was performed with 5 × 10⁴ T cells as responders. Leukemia cells were transduced with both IL-7LN and control vector and differentiated in a serum-free cytokine system. On day 14, cells transduced with control (LXLN) or cytokine vector (IL-7LN) were used as stimulators at different ratios. Proliferation was measured 5 days after stimulation by ³H-thymidine incorporation (cpm). Panel A shows the results obtained in 6 patients with AML using 2 × 10⁴ cells.
