FVIII presentation by FVIII-specific and non-FVIII–specific B-cell lines.

T-cell clones B10:4 (A,B) and D9:E9 (C,D) were incubated with the FVIII-specific lymphoblastoid cell line LE2E9 (○) or the non-FVIII–specific cell line LE56 (●). The indicated concentrations of peptide I2144-T2161 (A,C) or of FVIII (B,D) were added to the cultures. After 16 hours of incubation, IFN-γ was measured in cell culture supernatant. Results are expressed as mean of duplicates ± SD.
