Immunization with autologous tumor plus IL-12–secreting allogeneic bystander cells induces expansion of tumor-specific IFN-γ–secreting CD4⁻ T cells.

Tumor-specific IFN-γ–secreting cells were quantified using an ELISPOT assay and expressed as number of spots per 10⁵CD4⁻ spleen cells obtained from each experimental group. Stimulated cells (▪) were compared with cells resuspended in medium alone (■). Data are represented as means (+ SDs) of groups of 3 mice, analyzed individually.
