Allelic patterns of CpG site methylation at the promoter area of JunB gene.

Methylation of the JunB CpG island located between positions −89 to −224 corresponding to the transcriptional starting site was examined by genomic bisulfite sequence analysis. Ten clones were randomly selected and sequenced. Methylated CpG sites are marked as filled circles (●) and unmethylated sites as open circles (○).
