Relative fold reduction of a subset of HOXgenes in APL patient samples compared with normal controls.

Relative fold values were obtained from the data in Figure 4using the following formula: fold difference = 2^(ΔCT), where ΔC_T = C_T (APL) − C_T (BM). The values are plotted as a measure of the fold decrease in expression for the particular gene observed in the APL subgroup compared with the normal samples. For clarity, only the more significant decreases (at least 3-fold) in expression are shown.
