Short-term reconstitution in competitive repopulation assays.

Competitive repopulation of lethally irradiated C57Bl/6.SJL-Ly5.1-Pep3b mice injected intravenously with 5-10 × 10⁶ Ly5.2 cells cultured for 28 days with I-Delta1^ext-IgG, 4GF, and IL7 along with 1 × 10⁵ Ly5.1 competing bone marrow cells.
