Expression of genes in CMCs derived from (F₁ × B6)– mi/mi mice with high or low numbers of skin mast cells.

CMCs were obtained from 4 (F₁ × B6)–mi/mimice with high number of skin mast cells (indicated as high in the figure) and from 4 (F₁ × B6)–mi/mi mice with low numbers of skin mast cells (indicated as low). The blot was hybridized with ³²P-labeled cDNA probe of mMCP-2, mMCP-4, mMCP-5, mMCP-6, and GAPDH.
