Nucleoside transporter mRNA expression levels in CLL cells.

C_T values for nucleoside transporter RT-PCR amplification from CLL cDNA have been normalized to an endogenous reference gene (β-glucuronidase). mRNA expression levels are given in arbitrary units, using the JVM-2 cell line as reference control. PCR arbitrary units were defined as described in “Patients, materials, and methods.”
