Surface marker expression in blast cell colonies.

Blast-cell colonies were grown from d3.5 EBs in the presence of VEGF, IL-6, and SCF. The loosely attached cells from blast-cell colony cultures were pooled and analyzed for surface marker expression by FACS. (A) Staining with CD41 and MECA32. (B) Staining with α4-integrin and CD45.
