Composition of the precursor B-cell compartment in healthy controls and in the 2 studied RS-SCID patients with Artemis gene mutations.

In contrast to healthy controls, the precursor B-cell compartment in the 2 RS-SCID patients with Artemis gene mutations showed a complete arrest at the transition of pre-B-I cells to pre-B-II cells. The relative distribution between pro-B and pre-B-I cells was different in the 2 patients.
