Expression of Bcl-xL and Mcl-1 in vFLIP K13–expressing cells.
TF-1 vector and vFLIP K13 cells were grown in the presence and absence of GM-CSF for the indicated time periods. Cell lysates were analyzed for the presence of Bcl-xL, Mcl-1, and actin by Western blot analysis. Quantitative analysis of the blot was carried out using the NIH Image program. The numbers below the Bcl-xL and Mcl-1 blots represent the relative intensity of the protein bands after normalization with the actin control.
