DFO ± analog 1: Molar concentration of mixed DFO + analog was identical to the sum of the corresponding single drugs—that is, it was twice the molar concentration of each single drug. DFO ± analog 2: Total molar concentration of mixed DFO + analog was identical with the corresponding single drug and consisted of equal parts of the 2 compounds at half the molar strength.
