Effects of pCMBS on the P2Y₁ and P2Y₁₂ receptors.

(A) Cells stably expressing the P2Y₁₂ receptor were pretreated with different concentrations of pCMBS for 10 minutes at 37°C before addition of 20 μM forskolin. Data were normalized to the value obtained with forskolin alone, taken as 100%, and expressed as mean ± SE (n = 4-6). (B) Cells stably expressing the P2Y₁ receptor were pretreated with 20 μM pCMBS for 10 minutes at 37°C and stimulated with 10 μM ADP, and the total inositol phosphates were measured as described in “Materials and methods.” Data are expressed as percent of control as mean ± SE (n = 3).
