WSU-CLL and ALL-REH cells were exposed to either 500 nM CD437 or vehicle alone for either 24 or 48 hours, at which time the cells were harvested and caspase activation was assessed as described in “Materials and methods.” The results shown are representative of 2 separate experiments.
