CD437 inhibition of WSU-CLL and ALL-REH growth.
The WSU-CLL and ALL-REH cell lines were seeded in 6-well plates (1 × 105 cells per well) in RPMI medium supplemented with 10% FBS and 25 μg/mL gentamycin. Cells were incubated overnight, treated with various concentrations of CD437, and harvested at various times. (A) ALL-REH cells. (B) WSU-CLL cells.
