(B) RS 4-11 (FLT3 WT) are not dependent on FL for proliferation, and only the highest dose of SU5416 had an effect on proliferation. There was no significant effect of the other compounds on the growth of RS 4;11 (FLT3 WT). These experiments were performed without addition of FL.
