The 72 protein spots were grouped into 6 clusters (1 empty cluster is not shown). Each cluster is represented by the centroid (average pattern represented by a thick red line) for genes in the cluster. Expression level of each gene was standardized to have zero mean and unit SD across the 4 time points. Standardized expression levels are shown on y-axis and time points on x-axis.
