Calcineurin activity in UT-7/Mpl cells.

Calcineurin activity was measured in 1.5 × 10⁵ UT-7/Mpl EGFP cells or cells overexpressing FKBP51 cultured with or without GM-CSF. Three independent experiments were performed in triplicate. Results represented the mean of these experiments. These results are similar to those obtained with normal lymphocytes for the EGFP UT-7 cells and with FK506 or CsA-treated patients lymphocytes for the FKBP51 overexpressing cells.20
