Effects of kallistatin gene delivery on spontaneous angiogenesis in ischemic hind limbs.

(A) Representative laser Doppler images of hind-limb blood perfusion were measured before, right after, and at day 3, day 7, and day 14 after surgery. The perfusion signal is displayed as a different color. Dark blue means low perfusion or no perfusion, whereas red color means the highest perfusion. (B) Quantitative results of Doppler images were based on all of animals in 3 experimental groups. Each value represents mean ± SEM (n = 8).
