HMVEC-d's were infected for 15 hours with AdALK-1QD or Adβ-gal. (A) The quantity of viable cells was determined 15, 24, and 48 hours after infection using the WST-1 assay. (B) MOI-dependent effect (1, 5, 10) of AdALK-1QD versus Adβ-gal on viable cell number measured 48 hours after infection. (C) G1 arrest following AdALK-1QD infection.
