(A) 5 × 104 Daudi cells transfected with CD5-containing vectors or with empty vectors were stimulated with increasing amounts of F(ab′)2 anti-IgM, and IL-10 was measured in the supernatants by ELISA after 48 hours of culture. (B) The same experiments with 5 × 104 Daudi cells transfected with pNT-containing an FcγRIIb-cytoplasmic CD5 chimera (Daudi-pNT.FcR-CD5). Data of IL-10 production are expressed in pg/mL.
