NU-L_PAN specifically decreases the number of BFU-Es.

CD34⁺ cells were plated at 1 × 10⁴ cells/mL and cultured in medium containing 5 U/mL EPO, with (○) or without (●) the addition of 20 μg/mL NU-L_PAN. After 0, 5, or 8 days in culture, cells were subjected to the colony formation assay and the numbers of CFU-GEMMs (A), CFU-GMs (B), or BFU-Es (C) were determined.
