PB human CD34+ (5 × 105) cells were incubated with the conditioned medium of activated CD3+cells cocultured for 10 days with U266 in presence or absence of rhOPG (100 ng/mL and 1 μg/mL) or neutralizing polyclonal anti–IL-7 antibody or irrelevant anti-IgG antibody.
