Real-time PCR analysis of specific chemokines and chemokine receptors in SCF-stimulated eosinophils.

Isolated eosinophils were cultured in the presence or absence of SCF (100 ng/mL) and the mRNA isolated as described. Specific predeveloped primer/probe pairs were used to examine the expression level of RANTES, TARC, CxCR3, and CxCR5, which were used as representative genes to assess the accuracy of the gene array system.
