H-2^b–matched A.BY, BALB.B. LP/J and 129/J male mice were injected with a mixture of splenocytes and BM cells from female B6 mice. After allogeneic transfer, pooled PBLs from 10 recipients were collected serially and stained with anti-CD8 mAb and tetramers for H60, H13, and HY minor H Ags.
