Data are representative of 3 separate experiments. (B, C) Chemoattractant-induced phosphorylation of p47^phox and p40^phox. Cells grown and differentiated in the presence or absence of doxycycline (50 ng/mL) were subjected to metabolic labeling with [³³P] orthophosphate and stimulated with 1 μM fMLFK. At indicated times, aliquots were withdrawn and lysed. p47^phox and p40^phox were immunoprecipitated, and³³P-labeled proteins were detected by SDS-PAGE and autoradiography.
