Effects of protein kinase inhibitors on hypoxia-induced Ngb expression.

HN33 cells were treated with protein kinase inhibitors at the indicated concentrations for 1 hour, and then exposed to hypoxia (95% N₂/5% CO₂) for 20 hours. Western blotting was used to detect Ngb protein expression (panel A), which was quantified by computer densitometry (panel B).
