Modulation of TFR-2 expression by TF in K562 cells.

K562 cells were exposed to HOLO-TF and tested for surface expression of TFR-2 after 2 and 6 hours, respectively (white profiles), using 2 different specific mAbs, namely G/14E8 and G/8E7. Gray profiles show the expression of TFR-2 in basal culture conditions. TFR-1 expression was used as control, with the same indications. Representative data from 4 independent experiments are shown.
